These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Entity Enricher ("Service"), a SaaS platform for AI-powered entity data enrichment, operated by TOT Concept SAS, a company registered in Nantes, France, founded in 2006 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Entity Enricher provides AI-powered enrichment of entity data using multiple Large Language Model (LLM) providers. The Service includes:
Access to the Service requires creating an account via supported authentication providers (Google, GitHub, or email). Each user belongs to an organization, which serves as the multi-tenant boundary for data isolation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or organization.
The Service supports two modes for LLM provider access:
When using BYOK, your API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We do not access your keys for any purpose other than executing your requested enrichment operations.
The Service offers the following pricing structure:
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Any changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
The Service uses third-party Large Language Models to generate enrichment data. While we strive for best-effort accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of any LLM-generated output.
Enrichment results are provided on an "as-is" basis. You are solely responsible for verifying any data produced by the Service before relying on it for business decisions, compliance, or other critical purposes.
Features such as multi-model fusion and entity classification are designed to improve output quality but do not eliminate the inherent limitations of AI-generated content.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account (see Section 13).
To ensure service quality for all users, the Service enforces fair use limits including:
We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily restrict access for accounts that exhibit usage patterns significantly exceeding normal use, with prior notice when feasible.
Enrichment records, schemas, and associated data are retained for as long as you choose to keep them. You may delete your data at any time through the Service interface or API.
We maintain automated backups for disaster recovery purposes. Deleted data may persist in backups for up to 90 days before being permanently removed.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TOT Concept SAS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of the data you input into the Service and the enrichment results generated from your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over your input data or enrichment outputs.
We may suspend or terminate your account for cause, including but not limited to:
We will provide reasonable notice before termination when feasible, except in cases of severe or urgent violations. You may terminate your account at any time by leaving your organization through the Service settings.
The Service relies on third-party LLM providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and others) to process enrichment requests.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or accuracy of third-party services. Outages, rate limits, policy changes, or discontinuation of models by LLM providers are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
When using BYOK, your relationship with the LLM provider is governed by their respective terms of service, and you are responsible for compliance with those terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOT Concept SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
TOT Concept SAS is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service, within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We process personal data (account information, usage data) as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Nantes, France.
Notwithstanding the above, if you are an individual consumer within the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
